EA Servers

Why do the EA servers suck so much? This is a serious question, not trolling I've been wondering for years now. Is it because EA is very cheap, or are they just really lazy and dont provide any server matnience? And why did EA make this "Answer HQ"? Is it because they are cheap? Or are they too lazy to help us with our problems so they came up with this idea that the consumer has to get answers from other consumers?

    I get on, I'm fine until I try to play an online game usually OTP or Club games. Then it all goes down the toliet, usually hidious unplayable lag (like 4 second delay kind, or the needle skipping on a record player lag) disconnects from EA servers. I get upset, kick my dog then drink myself to sleep.

    I get the same chopiness controls delayed.
