I can not agree more. I play mainly online VS rather than the leagues as many of you have stated. I don't spend extra money on upgrade packs, but I am frustrated for you. Haha. I am a very good player, not the best, but good enough to realize that the rare loses I get are solely because of a tilt. I found this site because I was frustrated after I lost 1-0 to a guy who had 3 shots to my 38! I am a career 31% shooter. It's pathetic..... but anyways here is my thought on it all....
Do you notice how every year more and more advertisements find their way into the game? Also, as some of you have mentioned, you spend money on upgrade packs. We need to remember.... EA is a corporation, their goal is to make money. I'm When the ice tilt occurs and allows lesser (much lesser) talent win, it makes that player want to continue playing the game. It also makes them feel the need to spend more money on upgrades because they have had a false ego created by EA manipulating their wins. More players= more expensive advertising and more people to buy their products over and over again....
Believe me, I thought I sounded crazy when I realized it too. It sucks bad, but it is what it is. (I'm just simply making an observation, I am not some extreme liberal who hates big business. Personally I can't blame EA for the tilt, even though I want to throw my game away when I am a victim. Haha.
