EASHL NAME PROFAIN

My actual names says is profain and doesn't allow me to use it. This is the same issue as last year and it's beyond annoying its still the case. Please fix this it's ruining the whole experience. I've been playing eashl since NHL12 and the last 2 years have made me not even want to play because of this.
