EASHL WOC Icing Rule

For many years I see a lot of WOC teams that their only strategy is to Slap the Puck down the Ice and beat the Icing, taking advantage of the Defense and the Goalie (full 6v6 no computers) unable to react in time. 

I know people will say that we just have to expect it but I feel like the game would be much more enjoyable if we had the International Icing instead of Hybrid. 

And to be honest many times I'm beating the defender and still got called icing so why not just change the rule?
