Editing AHL jerseys

I can edit my expansion (the re-created Atlanta Thrashers) jerseys during the offseason, but I can't edit the AHL jerseys, nor change the team name. I have the owner's mode turned off, which I assume prevents me from changing the team name, location, etc (even though that shouldn't prevent me from editing the AHL team name, location, etc, IMO), but if I can change the NHL jerseys in the offseason, as I have, then I assume I can change the AHL jerseys... but I switched over to the AHL team menu and went to "edit jersey" and it took me to the NHL edit jersey screen.

Also, I no longer have access to my old jerseys. I would've loved to have added the old Atlanta Thrashers' jerseys - Home, Away, and Alternate - as options in the same way every other team has alternate retro jerseys... I guess I didn't expect it though. But I also can't add to my jersey collection by changing it after several seasons while still having access to my old, now-retro, jerseys, which is odd. I'm not sure if that's a bug or just an oversight by the development team.

ALSO: When creating an expansion team, we have access to NHL logos, but not defunct NHL logos (like the Atlanta Thrashers). Why? Why would they offer me the option to give my team the Canadiens' logo, but not, say, the Thrashers' logo, or Nordiques', or Whalers'?
Again, not sure if it's a "bug" or an oversight... that, I think, is a semantic argument.
