some background info. Had my Xbox completely broke on me so I purchased a new one logged into my nhl HUT account. No problems playing games. I purchased points bought packs with them and when I try to insert the new players into the lineup I get error code E71DB306C216FFE4-0000000000009999-03B4F0814E7AD965
failed to retrieve data
any way to fix this ?

This has been happening for a few days now. I have been unable to participate and complete by Daily Challenges.
It is stuck on Expired and Collect. But every time I click collect I get this error. I have a video but it is not part of excepted document types....

I’m also having this problem and have no loan players on my lineup. I created a new lineup and still the same thing. Unable to make a new lineup because it will not save, just comes up with failed to retrieve data error and sends me to the main menu. Any idea how to fix this?
Community ManagerWhen you created the new lineup, did you set it to active? If not, you'll still have the previous lineup in place and will experience the same issue.
