some background info. Had my Xbox completely broke on me so I purchased a new one logged into my nhl HUT account. No problems playing games. I purchased points bought packs with them and when I try to insert the new players into the lineup I get error code E71DB306C216FFE4-0000000000009999-03B4F0814E7AD965
failed to retrieve data
any way to fix this ?

I tried to change my line up it did not work
Community ManagerPlease create a new lineup and make it active. Then, you should be able to edit it. You can do this at My Team > Manage Lineups > Create New Lineup. Make sure you make it active. That's very important.

I have the same problem, but this is a new game : first time using Nhl 23 for me. Can’t play HUT mode, it’s very annoying. No one helped until now. tech guy sent me here, not even the same problem…can’t edit lineup if i never had one…
