How is it even possible to screw up a simple patch this badly? I'd expect a big game developer such as The EA to test their updates before releasing them.
Also, how come you dont just backroll the update, so that people in this community can do what they pay for, play this game, and then fix the new patch and release it when it is working properly...

@EA_Blueberry No need to thank me for the patience I don't have. EA, I am a paying customer! Reset the game to what it was yesterday and test your stuff before you ask your customers for their patience!

How do I get a refund on the game? Problems here, issues there. Paid $100 for the X-factor edition and it just does not function properly even with the 11/4 update.
