there was no real novelty but several ways to add that would have been easy
1. be able to make exchanges during the expansion to have choices not to choose such player
2. be able to have an expansion during the franchise that the gm votes during the summer (say after 5 years of franchise must be random) which would lead to a management of the team for the Expension or to be able to decide to go manage it
3.Put lottery pick protection during exchanges
4.management of the training of young people but also of the team to familiarize themselves with the tactics
