Franchise Mode Fan Base ratings

If I play a franchise mode as the Columbus Blue Jackets for instance, will my “fan base” rating change from casual to devoted or hardcore? I’m not talking about the “local popularity” mind you but th...

    If you go on deep playoff runs, win cups, etc... you will notice there will be more sellouts, and fan base will grow and the label will change to devoted, hardcore, etc... At least that's how its been in past iterations. I don't see why that would have changed. But I also haven't been able to finish a single game since the syncing bug was introduced back in early November. But maybe you might have better luck.

Thank you, I’ve wondered that. But alas in years past, I have not gone but more than 3-4 years into a franchise.
