Franchise Mode Fantasy Draft Crash

Since the latest patch I get 100% reproducible (12/12 attempts) crash when starting a Franchise fantasy draft on PS4.  It always crashes a few seconds into my first draft pick.

Error code CE-34878-0

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice.  Definitely not a data corruption issue on a 100% unmodified PS4 (non-pro).
