Franchise mode free agency list bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Franchise Mode go to free agency or any open list of players and select any player that is not the first one on top of the list with R3. Then when you press R2 instead going to the player one below the one chosen it brings you back to the top.
What happens when the bug occurs? You basically can't move freely between players when having there stats open because everytime you just want to scroll to the next player you get put back at the top
What do you expect to see? Going to the player after the one i pressed R3 on instead of the second player on top of the list every time.

As far as i know its been an issue since nhl 21 but seems to be working better on ps5 and newer consoles but the bug is still there on ps4. I purchased the game yesterday expecting at least minor bugs like that from the previous game to be addressed.
