Franchise Mode NHL 19 Draft Not Working

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure but I get it on this GM Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? It says Anaheim has every pick in the top fifteen.
What do you expect to see? It to be randomized and not have Anaheim with every pick
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

I go into my franchise mode and I simulate to the draft. When I go to make a trade and no team has draft picks until 2027 (I am in 2022) Then when it shows draft order it is all Anaheim. I didn’t trade my first rounder to Anaheim. When I go into the draft it crashes and nothing happens it doesn’t show anything other than the message center and a couple of other stuff (as shown in picture below) I don’t know what caused the glitch but it is making me mad
