Franchise mode trade bug

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make certain trades during franchise mode (in my case, one reliable one is attempting to trade Derick Brassard/Joonas Donskoi for Evander Kane).
What happens when the bug occurs? The trade is accepted (this never happens on rejected trades), but instead of going through, the icon spins infinitely and I cannot exit the trade screen. Weirdly, I can move my cursor up and down, but I can't exit the screen or remove opposing players from the trade. The game stays this way indefinitely; I left it for three hours and it was still in the exact same spot.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to be able to make trades that the game is clearly accepting.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Franchise mode during the season.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is freezing. Have to shut down with the ps-button and cancel the game with the options-button.
What do you expect to see? A game that is not freezing.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00

    How often does the bug occur? After a few trade in season mode

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    We play as Islanders and Pens.   The last trade involved the Islanders got Pageu from Montreal.  Got goalie error, so dropped him, signed him and now fan of make any more moves.

    Complete your trades and then try to play the next game.

     
    What happens when the bug occurs?

    There is a horrible noise, almost like an old school modem ring that lasts a few seconds then your are booted back to the home screen.  You can re-enter the game and re-enter your season, which still has the trades made, but cannot play or sim past the next game without the same buzz and crash back to home screen.


    What do you expect to see?

    I'd expect to be able to make trades (preferably without the 'less than two playable goalies' error that seems to be a continuing issue and then be able to continue playing in that season.

    How we edit the othwrs teams lineups? I can only edit my two teams we control
