Franchise Mode Untouchables List

In NBA 2K, there is an option to set a list of players that your team is not willing to trade whatsoever. This should be something that is implemented into the NHL series Having teams set their will...

@johum2886 The trade value logic.. and the AI General manager logic.. they have been bad for so long.. I remember when they said they revamped the values for NHL 21… but it got way worse lol.. still isn’t very good. I guess it’s better in some ways.. but still hundreds of miles left to go.. until they fix the general manager logic it won’t matter if the values are fixed.. because crazy stupid CPUvsCPU trades will still happen..

Years we have asked for trade value fix.. still waiting but this would be a great addition too..
Just like the seller/buyer etc thing they added.. good idea.. but because the CPU gms are still broken, it doesn’t work good…

I wonder if we will get a Franchise Mode revamp in NHL 23…. Let’s just hope it’s not like the Be a Pro revamp lol… that was a lot of wrong steps in that rework..

@heavydutyrammer yea the seller/buyer is broken. Had Detroit at 19-40, listed as a conservative buyer. Really want to know what the logic on that is, because it clearly does not pay atention to team performance

And the fact that trades that happen in real life are never able to be re-created in the game is a major issue

    I had cap space and signed Bergeron and Gaudreau, traded them to Arizona and Detroit. Got all of their firsts. 
    this game is so easily exploitable and unrealistic.

    Nothing is realistic, the trades, free agency, trade deadline. None of it. 

    after 3-4 seasons the league is entirely unrecognisable.

    the enjoyment is gone.

    any word if 2K ever tried to make a comeback. 
    atleast then EA would have to try.

      Thats why most of us who play Franchise mode every year uses rules to make the game more realistic.

      We dont exploit the flaws of the game.

      Sadly is that we can´t help the CPU vs CPU trades and UFA/RFA signings in Franchise mode. ☹️
