franchise mode:coach's ratings
can anyone tell me how i can improve all my coaches ratings for example....goalie coach just played a game expecting his XP's to improve a bit after my performance but none of them moved even 1 point...

Your head coach can only grow in the off season and it will be based on the previous years results. Your head coach influence rating will determine how much your other coaches improve along with him/her, but it probably won’t be as much or not at all with a low influence rating.
ok thanks....also so no matter if i had fired a goalie coach then hired a new one that GOA rating won't change at all then
Hiring a new goalie coach won’t change the overall, I believe they only help with growth of young goalies. If you play with morale on then hiring a new head coach resets morale, but there won’t be any change other than strategies/chemistry with morale off.
