Freezing and losing pucks

It is very frustrating suddenly this week to have several frozen games. I have had 3 consecutive games freeze on me, with no lag during the game. I call a time out and there it goes...no pucks, goalies get extra tired and all my players burn a GP...it is stupid and ridiculous. How can I complain to EA to fix this...if every time right now I play and it fails...my goalie is now 4 fatigue and backup 3...if a game freezes it should be neutral, no harm to players or contracts...I want my pucks and the fatigue erased and fix the damm problem.
