I understand that EA's way of playing Franchise Mode is different than ours, but my goodness that is not a reason to ruin everyone's experience in Franchise. Drafting 5'8" 150 pound centers who are enforcers and have 70 faceoffs and the bare minimum physicality attributes is 1) not an acceptable player generation and 2) should be changed to a winger and at the very least a 2-way forward. But we can't do that because EA wants us to play their game their way. Does editing players mid season allow us to cheat a little bit? Yes it does, but it also helps us very partially fix the disgusting product that EA regurgitates every year for us offline players.

@johum2886 Yes I think that they do not realize that this is the main thing that a lot of people use it for.. to fix the awful game that EA puts out every year..
- 4 years ago@heavydutyrammer sad thing is it is all in vain given the horrendous simulation engine
- 4 years ago@johum2886 Yes the simulation engine is very bad too.. very bad
- pvm07604 years agoSeasoned Adventurer@heavydutyrammer I know not everyone is a huge roster nerd but they have Cole Nagy of the Swift Current Broncos 5’11” (180 cm) when in real life he’s 6’6” (198 cm). It’d be real nice just to be able to make this easy fix myself
- 4 years ago@pvm0760 That’s another good point too.. why the f are we not allowed to edit the players but EA can’t even keep them accurate???
- 4 years ago@heavydutyrammer truly a ridiculous organization
