Game Crashing After Slashing Goalie (post-whistle) ONLINE HUT Rivals.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on HUT Rivals, play a match online and SLASH the opponents Goaltender immediately after he gets the whistle and the play is over. About 1/3rd and some days 2/3rds of every time i do it, the game freezes and crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? On HUT Rivals Online play, about 30-60% of the time, When I slash the opponents goalie after play with the LT + Y control, the game freezes and crashes, causing me to get a loss. One single time I've witnessed my opponent's game crash from the same bug.
What do you expect to see? About 1/3rd and some days 2/3rds of every time i do it, the game freezes and crashes.

Controlling a Skater, shoot a puck on net to cause the goalie to save and freeze the puck. As soon as the you can, (once the whistle goes) Mash LT + Y using Skill Stick controls to slash the Goaltender.
A high percentage of the time, my game freezes and crashes. The freezing looks like 2 frames playing over and over usually with the audio kind of "spasming" in sync, for about a second or two before the screen goes black and you're booted to the dashboard.
This causes a loss.
I have experienced and recreated it at least 10 times succesfully, to the point where im almost scared to slash after whistles.
