Game freezing / crashing

Issue still happening. Can't complete any game without game freezing then crashing. Happens in game play only, all menus are fine. I had no issues during EA Play, but issues have been non stop since I have been playing the full game release. No other games freeze just NHL.

@kyle7333 I have the same problem and they don’t care, the game is unplayable
