Game gets stuck in celebration loop in Be A Pro

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know, check your code dude.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game gets stuck in a perpetual celebration animation loop after scoring. After the players celebrate and skate along the bench for their well deserved high fives, they all just stand around the bench while the fans continue celebrating indefinitely. The audio of the fans is still there. I can only pause the game and when I resume it resumes the looping fan celebration animation with the players standing by the bench, no other controls work. If I leave the game for another application on my Xbox, when I open NHL 22 again the game attempts to auto resume and then crashes.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game continue so I can actually further my progress instead of get stuck in the same game.

    Last night update fixes for me.

    There is still sometimes an unskippable celebration, but after few seconds it ends and match can continue.

    How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game a while, score a goal, twiddle thumbs and play around in the menu before rage quitting and taking an unearned L.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes post goal celebration.
    What do you expect to see? The game continue.
    Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

    Game occasionally freezes after goal during cut scene. Can manipulate menu and animation still active but game does not progress.

    I have PlayStation 5 and is is the same for me.

    Some cut scene in a match keeps looping and there is no more progress in the match. Only way out is end the match, therefore simulate rest of the match.

    @Lukiz_blue Unfortunately I tried playing yesterday and the same loop happens. I’m getting extremely frustrated with this. I saw they supposedly added a tuner to fix the issue but I’m still getting the same issue.

    Having the same issue with my PS4! After every goal scored the supposed cinematic scenes of player celebration only show the view of the crowd or mascot. Sometimes the player celebration is a bunch of repetitive motions. Sometimes the players just sit there. This needs to gets fixed.

    It happens when you press a button to skip the animation when the animation hasn't started, everytimr i press 2 early it happens

    Same issue here, playing on the PS5. And games freezes when i either pause the game during a goal celebration animation or the game still lag itself into an endless goal celebration loop and I can't proceed. I either have to simulate the rest of that game or completely close out the app and start the game all over. Just bought the game yesterday and it's already happened 4 times.
