I have also had this issue! EA says it’s not on their end and to contact PlayStation, and PlayStation says it’s on EAs end and to contact them! To boot, I spent 150 dollars on points while playing the trial, and am now unable to use them because I get this error message. But of course, it will still let me purchase more points! Typical EA, I hope they’re able to help you out because this is quite literally being ripped off by EA and being told “too bad”

Can you both try going to NHL 25 in the PSN store in a web browser and see if you can purchase it there? Make sure you're logged into the PSN ID you intend to be playing with.
