So I got the 10-hour game trial through EA Play and once the trial was over I planned on buying the deluxe edition. However I’m getting this error code, and have contacted both ea support and PlayStation support. Anybody know of any solutions????

Help please. Silence from EA, the application has not been resolved for 1.5 weeks. Maybe you can help in some way. I sent all the information to them:
1. Email address registered to your EA account
2. EA ID/Origin ID
3. PSN ID/XBOX GamerTag
4. Do you have access to the registered email
