Gameplay Settings - does 'Human' mean only Human player or also my CPU teammates?

In Gameplay Settings - does 'Human' mean only Human player or does it also include also my CPU teammates?

For Example, for Puck Control there are Gameplay settings for Human and CPU.

If I'm playing as the only Human on a team, does the Human settings control only my player or does it also control my CPU teammates?

The CPU settings control the other team if they're all CPU controlled but does the CPU settings also change the Gameplay settings for my teammates?
