"Ghost" package

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Package indicator shows I have 1 unopened package, but theres is none.
What happens when the bug occurs? Indication of package without a package being available.
What do you expect to see? No indication when there is no package.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here HUT
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Crillux

This started when receiving rewards from last weeks Squad battles. The little red icon with the number for new packages is showing 1 without any pack being there. I have tried to log out, restart both the game and the console but the issue still remains. Doesn't affect gameplay at all but very annoying.

    Hi there, @chli76.

    Try clearing your alternate MAC address with the following steps:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
