Hard crashing Xbox series X

This has happened to me as well. Not only has it happened to me on NHL 22 but also Fifa 22. Not only has it happened on the Series X version of the games but also the Xbox one/ Series X version. What did you do to the software that is different from last year's games. Whatever it is has broke all of the Q3 sports games for EA this year. And by the way don't say that maybe something is wrong with the Xbix because I sent my OG Series X to Microsoft and the sent me a new System a week ago and the same thing is happening to me for both games. Fix your product!!!!!!!!!
