Community ManagerThe server you should be getting put on is an average of the pings for your club. Are your teammates all in the Carolinas also? I'm in Texas and regularly play with guys in the NE US. My ping is pretty rough because we end up on the Central server. This is a lot closer to them than me, but that server is chosen based on the pings from everyone in the dressing room.

im telling you about a very unique problem with very specific symptoms and you’re coming back with canned responses from a faq on tangential subjects over a period of 2 days

except hours when I actually play, like between 7 and 10
then it thinks I’m in texas
recommends south central servers, ping goes haywire at 250ms, meanwhile I ping Microsoft in Tacoma @45ms with no issues in ANY OTHER GAME
Pardon the frustration, but I paid $100 so I could play with my friends on both consoles, enjoy the game a lot as it’s the first one that’s not a copy paste in 4-5 years, and nobody at ea seems to care that something, seemingly within their system, is preventing any play at all
