How do coach cards work?

Coaches give a boost to your players on your team just like coaches do in real life.... The bronze coaches are cheaper but they dont help your team very much... Gold coaches add usually +2 to all the stats of each player!! I think they dont help much but it does add another aspect to the game... Hope this helps dont forget to leave me an xp for the help
