There is no button that makes you automatically chase the puck carrier. That needs to be done manually. I wouldn't recommend chasing them though. That tends to lead to having defenders out of position. You should be trying to anticipate what they could do by looking at their available options. Keep an eye on their teammates and look for passing lanes to cut off. Stay in front of them and use the defensive skill stick and poke check. If you get a good opportunity, from the front, the stick lift can be good for causing a turnover. You can also hit or just bump them to try to knock the puck loose.

    Hi there, @npnp791123

There isn't an automatic defense button, but there are various defensive tools at your disposal. Take a look at the controller settings for those. You can poke check, sweep your stick and poke with the defensive skill stick, hit, bump, hip check, boardplay and tie players up in front of the net. Was there a defensive action, in particular, you were wondering how to do?

  • @EA_Aljo Thank you very much!
How to automatically chase the opponent's ball player?
    Which key should I press?

Or can it only be pursued manually?
