How to make a Lead NHL 14 account????????

I can't play Live The Life, because I can't (have no idea how) make a Lead NHL 14 account.

Can anyone tell me how to do it? I've been trying and I can't find the way to do it? Also, if I go to Profile Manedgement, I can't do anything, it just shows me player 1 with the two boxes checked.

I'm new to this sorry.......

    Go into customize then click on manage profile you can access that feature there.
