Product: NHL 21 Platform:Sony Playstation 4 How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure What happens when the bug occurs? Screen goes basic...

This is an issue we're aware of, but a patch has been released that possibly fixed this. Can you restart NHL and let me know if it's still happening or not?

Still not fixed gamer tag is McIvor_55199 cards ain’t popping up I want my ea accsess time restarted and I want the packs that I opened back plz
