I just tried HUT this morning and it is working for me without deleting and reinstalling, etc. Apparently EA has fixed this issue. Hopefully everyone is able to play now. See you all on the "ice"!

Same issue for me right now. Been looking for a solution for the last 12 hours and yet every EA consultant cant give me a better explanation than " re download the game"

@MINI-_-TANK10 I paid 130 $ and it dont work and i think you paid the game for this mode in particular did you ?
