Hut infinite loading

I set up my hut team earlier today on NHL 17 and wanted to play more hut tonight but all I get is an infinite loading circle in the top right it's been like this for awhile and I've tried restarting m...

****UPDATE****

The patch which reduces the chance of this issue occurring is now available to players.

If your game is not automatically updated then you can manually check for updates on PS4 or if you have an XB1, check that Instant On is enabled.

I am having the same issue with HUT every other game mode works perfectly online but with HUT I just get an endless loading icon. Very disappointed as this is my favorite game mode please fix ASAP. My gamer tag is CallMeDaddy716 I last tried to log in this morning.

I called them 2 times in the last 3 days and honestly their customer service agents are totally ignorant of that matter. They kept trying to get me to go on their FAQ page or the ea.help.com or whatever bot answering type website they operate!

They made me lose my time, trying to sound busy over the phone while I was waiting for him for answers... The guy was obviously faking typing on his keyboard -- I can swear it was fake, no one types like that d****bag was!! Then, after maybe 2-3 minute of "waiting for him to open my file", I dared to ask him what he was actually doing? The guy just said that their systems were slow this morning!! Lol!! GOD!! Please, dude... YOUR WHOLE F****** BUSINESS MODEL is god d*** messed up, filled with incompetents like yourself and business moguls that are in the game industry only to satisfy their shareholders...

I was so pissed off and fed up of his *... But I stayed calm and polite, asking him how the company (EA) intends to compensate us for this game launch fail (once again!) ?? And the guy just kept trying to look like he owned the discussion and said that they we "working" on it and that we just have TO BE PATIENT !! What did you just said?? JUST BE PATIENT?!? I just spent 80$ on that NHL16 reskined roster update that you dare call a "NEW" game -- that doesn't even work properly yet (this is exactly what a BETA is, by the way), that lags 75% of the time, gorged with numerous bugs, glitches and other oddities... Seriously dude, you ask me to be PATIENT with you guys? Again?? For like ... The 20th years in a row??? F*** off!! I'm outta here!!!

I just wish 2K hadn't been crushed by EA's weight on the (poor and so little) hockey segment (market)!! I'd so ask for a refund and go grab myself a copy of 2K's NHL 17!! If only...
