So what’s the reason someone can’t migrate if a team has been created? I haven’t played a single game or opened any of the packs I was given on the PS5…
And can you tell me why there was no disclaimer on the PS5 version warning people that creating a team would make them eligible for the future migration?
Why is EA selling a version for PS4 and PS5 that doesn’t automatically transfer data through PlayStation account?
I just don’t understand the restriction/condition… I’ve paid for access to both, why is my data/game progress separate?
and the lack of help/customer service regarding this issue is extremely frustrating. Clearly EA does not care about customer satisfaction.
