HUT Migration PS4 to PS5

Product: NHL 22 Platform:PlayStation 5 How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Won’t let me transfer PS4 to ps5 What happens when the bug occurs?...

Hello, @Desiderata93 

I absolutely understand the frustration with this. Unfortunately, once a team has been created on the new console, you won't be able to migrate from PS4/Xbox One. If this changes, we'll provide an update.

@EA_Aljo I have same problem like desiderata93... What can i do now? It would help if I deleted the team? or there's nothing I can do about it right now. And are you working on a solution to help us?

    If you had created a team already on your PS5, you wouldn't be able to partake in the migration.

    @Desiderata93 

    I don't have any details on the lack of a disclaimer. As far as transferring data between platforms, that's not something that could happen this year. Your game data is separate because they are technically separate games.
