HUT mode = high ping + over powered Finns

Theare is not what to say more... Why has HUT so bad ping? And why Finns opponent looks like from another dimension? Not just those good players... Even those realy unskilled players has advantage in the form weird lags. Is it realy frustration making game then, . Never feel bad when loose with good player from other country, because that mean, was good game, .. But never good game against Finns... Is it already years  and is it only worse and worse.. .
