How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to NHL 22 HUT and play rivals.
What happens when the bug occurs? At the start of the game after first faceoff the game plays for few seconds and then it goes back to faceoff. And this happens 4 times or more. And if I manage to play the game until another break (goal, offside etc...) it starts syncing and it can last 1-5 minutes. And this syncing happens few times during the game.
What do you expect to see? You people who work on the game fixing the problem. The game has been out for months and there are still these stupid bugs that should be easy to fix.

As a consumer I'm very disappointed and angry that there are still these types of bugs that can happen. I paid a lot of money to play this game and I understand that at the launch of the game there can be few issues here and there but its been a while since the game came out and you should have been fixing all the problems that it has. It can't be that everytime you fix a problem another one just comes out and surprises you. At least you should explain to us why you can't make the game work. You need to look in the mirror because you're the problem and its entirely your fault. And you should be ashamed that people need to send you these types of messages. You are providing the product so you better make it the best you can. And if this is the best you can do, then don't trick people to buy it or at least tell us consumers that the game will have bugs and problems throughout the whole game.
But now just fix the problem so I can play the game!
