HUT Players Skill Levels Vers Offline Skill Levels???

Does anyone know what the correlation between offline players roster and online HUT player roster is?

I could not match up any of the skill ratings with each other when I looked?

Why did EA make this impossible to fine out plus why are they different in terminology?

What offline roster settings equal the one in the HUT roster??????
Example: DDSP, ACT, FO, ===== CHK,HAND,SKT,*

Nothing matches up? Why???????????

Anyone know how to figure this out?
