HUT Rivals crash after opening faceoff, also glitchy Dahlin 22 under 22 item

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurs when playing HUT Rivals , in the HUT mode ( obviously ). In terms of discovery on your end, it has started happening more frequently after upgrading on of my "22 under 22" items ( Rasmus Dahlin ) from 88 to 89. During the period of upgrading i noticed when viewing him and the other "22 under 22" player item I have ( Noah Dobson ) the game displayed an unexpected error and closed the HUT menu and tok me back to the main game menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? More frequently my HUT rivals game wont make it past the opening faceoff. The first faceoff of the game will repeat shortly after the puck is dropped 5 - 6 times until exiting and displaying " you have lost connection to other players". In terms of connection, I have a hard wired connection that is almost always displaying 15 ms ping. In a previous game i noticed that the game would reset to a faceoff everytime the Rasmus Dahlin item took a shot. He is also on my opening line up and on the ice everytime the first faceoff of the game is taken and repeats until crashing.
What do you expect to see? Considering I have invested quite a few dollars into my team, I would hope to see swift action made to correct these gameplay issues. I'm a lifelong player of the NHL games and don't mind spending money to enhance my team or gameplay, I get frustrated when it appears very little work is being done to improve the game itself while new opportunity to spend more money on it appear almost daily.

Recurring issue when playing Rivals in HUT mode. Game resets several times after opening faceoff until crashing and displaying " lost connection to other players' screen which forces me to exit as if my internet crashed. Using hardwired cable, no issue with internet or data fluctuation.
