HUT SB bug, simple to reproduce

Product: NHL 21
Platform:PlayStation 5
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After offside call shoot the puck at the goalie and DON'T fight, just let the two players get 2min Roughing penelties.
What happens when the bug occurs? At faceoff you are 5 vs 5 on ice and the two players who got penalties will never join the game again.
What do you expect to see? should be a 4vs4 for 2min as the penelties count down.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

    HEY EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How about an update on this?

    It's bloddy annoying too loose your 1st line center 1 min into the game and never be able to use him again for a 2min penalty
