HUT Seasonal Collectible Not Redeemable

I've pasted a link to the issue of not being able to redeem a HUT Seasonal Collectible. Also, I've attached the transcript from your chat agents about the issue. They believe it's a bug, as do I.

    Hi there, @ivanmech 

    You're trying to complete the wrong collection. You need to go to the Spring Seasonal sets. You're in the Winter Seasonal sets.

    I see that now. It's a season for season trade. Terrible explanation if you ask me, but what do I know...

    The set states that it requires using Winter collectibles but it would be nice to have this as part of the description as well. Apologies for the confusion here. I'll pass on the feedback. Thank you.
