HUT Squad Battles seasonal rewards not received

I was wondering why I didn't receive any seasonal reward after the season. Last time I was checking like an half hour before ending and I was on the professional1 lvl, now checking the current season...

    @svarp25 

    I'm not seeing those rewards being received. A more thorough investigation will need to be performed though. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into the missing rewards, but they won't be able to modify your rank.

Sorry for that, I needed to adjust file size so it can be uploaded. I have earned 15,960points. The coin card value was 12,500 if I'm not wrong. Please check.
