Hybrid shooting issues

Whenever I am on the attack, and wanting to shoot, it never lets me. I can’t shoot a wrist or slap shot. I just keep skating with nothing happening. this is in the Be a Pro mode.

The same thing happened to me. I have tried using other controls, but It does not work. It also does not allow me to pass. It is very frustrating.

Are you saying that when you have the puck, no controls are working? Also, it doesn't matter if you choose skill stick, hybrid or NHL 94, your player stops responding when they have the puck?
