I am once again asking EA to fix "interrupt"-ing passes

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing as a Dman in BAP has never been popular (I dont think) but it's always been my go-to. As a former defenceman myself, i feel like it's easier to impact the game, especially on higher difficulties. The first X-factor trait is fairly easy to unlock - just block a few shots and get like a B defensive grade. After that, however, the X-Factor progression hits a major roadblock. Please fix devs
What happens when the bug occurs? The goal set of "interrupting" passes almost never registers - hindering your x-factor progress pretty much indefinitely (I gave it 50 games of the regular season and the entire playoffs and managed 3). Since then, I've done some 'experiments', and found that blocking a pass, in addition to actually intercepting a pass, does not register under this category. However, I still manage to get a small number, so I'm thinking that the code for "interrupt 'X' passes" corresponds to an in-game event that's entirely unrelated.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully, it's a fairly simple fix. Either re-work the code or change the achievement requirement entirely.

Please consider making cut scenes optional/shorter, fix the jersey number bug, AI puck retrievals behind the net. Also, let us see team injuries in Be A Pro, in addition to our line strategies/chemistry.

This guys in EA dnt do it good job... year 2022 and we have amateurs bugs in game.. its funny story when I think this is a game for 100 euros...
Nobody need arcade game for small kids..
Stop to give users option in game for hybrid and nhl94 controls this is cancer of this game...

Was there ever any fix for this? It's absolutely killing me to make such little progress on this storyline.

Are you having this issue with NHL 22? If so, there are no planned updates so chances are good, it won't be addressed, unfortunately.

@EA_Aljo , I get that EA won't fix this now that NHL 23 is out, but you were investigating this issue 10 months before 23's release. Clearly it wasn't fixed outright, but I was hoping for SOMETHING from your team in those 10 months, such as changing a slider or setting to ensure that the game more consistently registers an 'intercepted pass.'
I'm new to these forums, do bugs like this go unfixed often? It seems like it's just a counting issue on the BAP side since the game already registers defensive recoveries and blocked passes. The counter for the BAP storyline just isn't progressing consistently.

Hello,
same thing here. Pretty frustrating, i won’t be able to achieve any other x-factor trait for my bap offensive defenseman even though i’m burning the league for any other stats category. Anyway, who asks offensive d men to interrupt passes.
