I can’t play a Single Hut Game

  1. So my first started when I couldn’t open preorder packs which seems like a common problem.
  2. then as I was editing lines and removing players from lineups the game froze during line editing.
  3. now it freezes every single time I go in to edit lines which means I can’t play a single game because my lines are incomplete
  4. i uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times 
  5. ive restored licenses
  6. ive logged out of my psn account 

nothing has worked and for 3 days I haven’t been playing at all in hut and there seems to be no solution and I’m extremely frustrated with ea

  • Same here. I can play olne offline HUT games. I cannot open any packs, if  I try to open game frozen. Also if I try to open packs I cant see any cards.

    Nice to byr 99€ game and got nothing...

    Hello, @joorai @jamie_barr_315 

    I'd like you to try the following to see if it resolves this issue:

    Delete anything NHL 21 related off your console.

    Go to your consoles online store through a web browser and initiate the download.

    Make sure the game and the update are both 100% installed. Do not enter the game while they are still installing.

    Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

    Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not.

  • @EA_Aljo Thanks for info. I will try that. I just wondering why this happen and why EA not tell this already before byuing the game?

    @joorai 

    This was not an issue we were aware of until the EA Play trial launched. We're still working on a proper fix, but this has been a good workaround for many. Did it work for you?

  • @EA_Aljo No, still same problem. I delete all nhl21 on my ps4, then download it. Game start it self after 30% are ready. I wait that 100% us ready and then continue. Still same issue. Perhaps I dont do it right? Perhaps if someone can make a video on youtube how to solve this?

  • When will I get my pre order HUT packs? You seem to be answering other problems today. I’m still waiting for my packs a week later. Seriously dissapointed I purchased the Great Eight edition. Got all my chel bags and be a pro boosts. But still missing my HUT packs! Which is the mode I most play. I’ve put so much money in to this series over the years, and to not get what I purchased is upsetting.

    I'm really sorry for all the frustration. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can help with. You'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from for assistance.
