I contacted them twice and they told me to write a topic here. I'm still waiting for the solution because I don't get my coins back.

I see you spoke with a live support advisor and they asked you to wait. If 24 hours have passed and the coins are still missing, try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter. They will investigate this for you.

Yes, 24 h have passed and yesterday as you suggested earlier I contacted @EAHelp through Twitter and they told me that they didn't see my auctions and it probably stuck "in limbo". They also told me to create a topic here because it will help to investigate it.

This isn't something we can fix for you. It requires accessing your account and that's not something we can do through Answers HQ. Only an advisor can do that. I hate to send you back to them, but that's all I can suggest.
