incomplete purchases but still got charged for all purchases

hello, so i bought hut points and a message saying transaction was incomplete came up all three times.  thought the transaction were incomplete but i looked at my banking info and ive been charged for the same product all three times.  i went back onto hut and i received only 1 of 3 payments worth of points.  i would like a refund on 2 out of 3 purchases but if thats not possible i will take the points instead i do not mind.  im just very unhappy that all three times the same message came up saying transaction  was not completed but i was still charged and i did not receive points for all of the mistaken purchases
