[INFO REQUEST] Teams threes eliminator can’t finish a tournament

Awesome, hopefully something gets fixed with the teams and players capped. 

Hi guys. If possible, can you provide the following details?

• Gamertag
• Platform
• How many wins do you have?
• Are you open to having one of our testers join your club to help reproduce this? (We will DM you)

We're trying to get this reproduced so we can find out what's happening and hopefully get it resolved. Thanks!

• How many wins do you have? 390 Final Round wins - This seems to be the case with all the top players.
• Are you open to having one of our testers join your club to help reproduce this? Yes but i have picture proof as well.  i've attached the finals win and the next screen.  This screen just keeps looping you back to the finals and we repeated the process over 13 times..... no credit for any wins and it forced us to make new PS4 gamertags and clubs in order for our stats two count.  The attached files show our cup win and then the screen we received since we hit the cap.  The screen we usually see is one with the tourney points, stats, etc.

You actually had to create new PSN IDs? You couldn't just create a new club and have wins start counting again?

yes.. the cap applies to both players and clubs.   im not about 300 games into my new account and our club is on version two.   Ps4id Mshearerspun180 tested his ps4 account once he hit the finals win cap... its the same... like 390ish.  If u look at the leaderboards, they all get capped on both the club and player side.   Apparently ... according to reddit... its been reported before and nothings been done.

Can you give me the club name as well? Also, do you have the PSN IDs of players on that club and about the day/time you last won and didn't get credit for it?

this was the issue as soon as we hit 390 finals wins in 3s eliminator.

a few days later mshearerspun180 go the issue with his account.   I confirmed on reddit here that this has been an issue in the past as we tried with EA HELP who were insanely frustrating to deal with.   So we talked to the other teams with the issue,  NUMBERONE, NUMBERTWO and they confirm some of them were on their third or fourth club after capping and even up to their third ps4 usernames.

Thank you. Can you also tell me the last time this happened with the GRAPE HOUSE club?

well we made GRAPE HOUSE v2 because of it and are winning titles but aren't near the cap yet.   If we rejoin the club... it will happen again.  It's a global issue.   No club on the leaderboard can continue to play past that cap.  It's not limited to a handful of clubs.  The leaderboards are your best source of evidence.   All the top clubs are abandoned with nothing but placeholder accounts to keep their standing

Can you get me the name of your club that is experiencing this issue?

It's every club in the top 10 at least on the PS4 leaderboards:

NumberOne

NumberTwo

Grape House

Again

Category 5

Wet Bandits

Lucky Guys

All of these clubs and more had to make alternate clubs due to this same issue.

Was your original club experiencing this called Grape House? V2 is GRAPE HOUSE. Correct? If so, we can't really use that one because it needs to be a club that is having the problem.

Yes, the original club hit the cap as GRAPE HOUSE.... we spent an entire afternoon trying to figure out what the heck was going on before we saw on reddit that EA has a cap for some reason.  Then we make GRAPE HOUSE v2 and were able to win titles again. 

GRAPE HOUSE is the club with the problem as it has 390 final wins and the game will not let anymore finals wins count.  GRAPE HOUSE v2 was our new club due to your game's cap.  We were forced to make it or stay stuck in a never ending loop in the club named GRAPE HOUSE which still exists and has a capped account on its roster to hold it's top 5 ranked spot.

When the game ends and doesn't count, are you not seeing the post-game flow? That's where you see your player and club progression as well as the player summary screen. Normally, when a game doesn't count, you don't have all that information.

We added logging to your accounts. Would you guys be able to go back to the old club and try reproducing this? We can then look at the data we receive from you guys "winning" the tournament and use that to help investigate this.

we probably arent running again until sunday.   This shouldnt be a big issue to identify as its no coincidence that every top team stops at the same point totals and finals wins
