We see the attached. I can try again later this week. but the screen isn't the post game flow... its the attached file.
we probably arent running again until sunday. This shouldnt be a big issue to identify as its no coincidence that every top team stops at the same point totals and finals wins

@EA_Aljo I've said before that we cannot replay using the gamertags because they have also been capped. We did go in under our new gamertags and we had the same issue, you still get credit for winning round 1 and round 2 and cannot complete a final. I no longer have time to commit to this error as @natbarrickbaseba and I have created a new club and are now at your mercy to fix this mess. A club CANNOT pass 2.146 million points regardless of USER ..... It's impossible. Your player will also cap at the same limit and again .... you will not be able to play in a club and win a final round due to this cap.
A lot of teams are getting close to the points cap so you're going to have a ton of upset users in the near future.

The idea was that you would try to play so that we could see what happens with your accounts on our end. All good though. We'll keep working on it.
- 6 years ago@EA_Aljo Please keep in mind, this is not only a club issue but also an individual issue. If ANYONE, regardless of level plays in a club that has reached that level, the issue will happen. If I try to use my player who has reached that level in ANY GAME, whether is in a club or a drop in, the issue will happen. Both individuals and clubs are having this issue at the same levels.

We were able to reproduce the issue by joining a club that was experiencing this. We're currently investigating a fix. Thanks for the help, guys. Apologies for the trouble. We're working to resolve this as soon as possible.

@EA_Aljo any update on this issue or timeline? The game has been out for four months.... I'd love to know how many more gamertags I have to make in order to continue playing. I'm on my third at the moment and this pretty darn unacceptable.

Yes it now works, thank you for passing along the info and getting it fixed. - Now one more issue that maybe you could help with or shine some light on. When matchmaking sometimes my teammates will match up with a team while I still see the matchmaking (round 1, 2, or finals) and the game won't launch for my teammates until I force close the game. Sometimes it's me, sometimes it's my teammates (we all have solid internet connections and it's not losing connection or anything) Really sucks when going into the finals to drop and have to start the tourney over again. Last night we played 7 tourney's, went undefeated but because of the matchmaking problem had to drop out of 2 tourney's. Could've had 7 finals wins.

This is an issue we've heard of happening and are interested in looking into. If you know the gamertag/PSN ID of the person that didn't make it into the game and you have as close a time as possible for when it happened, I can pass that on to the studio to see if they can get some info on this. If you have those details, please PM them to me.

i have send hundreds of reports whit video what ps asks. No response. No solutions. Why? That last bug was fast solution on ea history. I hope someone Make too nhl game so ea start to Make games what gamers want to play.
