Injured player never recovers

For some reason when I have a player injured for a certain amount of games for example.. (Goalie fatigued for 1 game).. When I bench that goalie and come back to  it after a few games, the goalie is still fatigued! Same for my other players too, they all still stay injured even if I surpas the rest time. I spoke to EA and I sware they told me its a common issue and to check the forum lol Or use one of the health packs.

Is this common and what must I resort to?

    Goalie only recovers from Fatigue as "your back up" not on the actual scratch roster. The player's not healing sometimes happens, you can either junk it and buy a new one or you can apply a healing item.
